Start The Bail Application
The application opens through Captira, our secure bail bond CRM/application system. This keeps sensitive indemnitor and defendant information out of the public website files.
Open Secure Application Call A1 Find InmateCurrent eligibility requirement: The defendant being bonded out must be a U.S. citizen. Non-U.S. citizens are not currently authorized for bond through this application process.
Final approval required: Submitting an application does not automatically approve a bond. A licensed bondsman must review the information, confirm the bond, and approve the next step.
1. Apply
Indemnitor starts the secure Captira application.
2. Review
A1 agent reviews the information for approval.
3. Sign
Approved packets can move into e-sign/DocuSign or Captira workflow.
